This novella was a whirlwind of emotions and scenes, it felt nice and kinda weird to see the interactions between the couples that happen once a year and we see their strange short/years-long courtship XD

- I loved the hero he was the usual misunderstood man who is good hearted but always hides under the guise of a rake

- I didn't like the heroine much, she always misjudged the hero, and made herself to be the martyr

- I loved the last chapter, the way the hero reacted and his response to the whole thing and the way the heroine handled it was cute and adorable XD

I loooooove that Tessa Dare took us to another Spindle Cove love story, I've missed them so much and it's been a long while since I've read anything about the Spindle Cove crew ^^

- I loved the comradeship that developed between the married couples in Spindle Cove especially the men, since the woman were already friends. And my favorite scene was when Colin asked when they last did something heroic for their wives XD

- At first and though some parts in the novella I thought the hero was an ass and actually my thoughts about him went back and forth and finally settled on he's ok XD

- I actually felt sorry for the heroine at times, even after all those years she still held her heart in her hands and braved to give to him. Again.

- I loved the ending especially the Atlas part XD unlike the heroine if it were me I would focus more on the fact that I was in his mind all those years and the whole idea in itself was adorable actually ^^

- I just wished that the hero was more forward with his thoughts instead of hiding them.

Loved it!!

It felt like forever since the last time I read anything by Tessa Dare, and now after reading this book I missed her, and her amazing stories ^^

- Loved the whole idea of a girl writing and mailing to an imaginary guy, and after years he end up to be real and he came to marry her XD Ok by marry don't imagine he fell in love with her letter and stuff, his reasons weren't that romantic, but they certainly ended up to be ^^

- Loved both the hero and the heroine, they were cute especially their interaction and how each try to tease the other, especially the heroine XD how she kept the hero frustrated for many many days XD

- How his men tried to give him advice on how to woo her was so funny I had a hard time trying to keep my laugh.

- I loved Grant, and the heroine's interactions with him were really beautiful.

- Loved how the aunt confessed to her neig=ce when the heroine did the same it was a bit funny at the end XD

- I loved that it didn't have anything drmatic or climatic, because seriously there isn't a need for one of them to be in danger from a nemesis or kidnapped or dying for them to realize they are in love with each other and were meant to be together.

- The ending was beautiful and so was the epilogou

As Expected from the lovely Tessa Dare, this was phenomenal.

I loved everything about this book, I'm not saying the story or the theme of the already betrothed to the brother is new or unique, but Tessa Dare made every single corner in it unique, I liked all the character especially the main ones.

I liked the Heroine because of the way she was, yes she was pushed around by her family a bit, but she bears with it for love, if not for that then I don't think she would have. I liked every moment she was with the Hero, how they both were special to each other, and they both loved each other since childhood without knowing that it was love.

I Loved the Hero, in a way he was so cute, like a cuddly bear. He was kind and thoughtful and personally I thought f his as a beautiful human being. I liked how he thought so high f the heroine, how he in a way worshiped her, and felt that it was strange that people didn't build a shrine dedicated to her XD. I loved the scene where he showed her all the music, the cakes and such, I loved the hot scenes where they kissed and made love because the author made it in a way that it was intense and pure in an emotional sense, and I liked how he told her that she was beautiful and for years he have been desiring her, oh that was a scene I really truly envied the heroine for.

- like some books, here I liked the secondary characters, especially the youngest sister and Bruiser, I loved how the youngest sister because attached to the hero, even more than her sisters, and I'm really curious about her story if there will be any.

It was a light-hearted type of novel by Tessa Dare yet very entertaining and engaging.

I liked both main characters, both had their own insecurities, their own problems, yet both dealt with it in their own way. I liked how tender they were toward each other, bow they seized every opportunity to be in close proximity of each other and can't help themselves but to touch. I liked the snuggling, the cuddling, the hair brushing, it all showed that their is more to love that just physical attraction and sex, and that a hard gruff man can yearn for these stuff and more for pancake ^^

- The solicitors were assholes, after embezzling his money they come just as you please and accuse the poor man of insanity?!

- The group of fans were a bit overboard but they were entertaining, especially the ending part when they were all united in helping and siding with Ransom.

- I like it in stories when a man realizes he's in love, even when it scares him, he embraces the fact and brazen out with it, no turning back. He didn't go into denial like the usual "I'm a man I don't feel love" or "I'm not deserving of love" or any other nonsense, he was the first to confess.

- I liked when they were all cuddly and snugly with each other, like when he first carried her to the castle when she fainted, or when she was cooking him pancakes in the morning

Overall, *thumps up* can't wait for the next book, and I'm curios about the identity of the main characters of it.

Yaay!! I finished the Spindle cove series and to me all the books without any single exception passed with flying colors^^

Honestly, when I read the summary about the book, I felt it to be more dramatic and darker than the rest of the series, the darkness that comes from both sided misunderstanding. And gladly I was proved mistaken, the beginning was funny, with the mother kidnapping her own son and stuff, but it was more serious, not dramatically serious but more in to factual storytelling kind of type (If I still don't make sense excuse me but sometimes even I don't get what I say XD). Anyhow, since reading A Week to Be Wicked I had my suspicion that he was the one who was mentioned in it, and the guy was totally good, not my type of guy, but he was good. I felt that his previous life was more of mask than the current one, and how I felt sorry for him about his girl. Plus I loved his relationship with his mom, even if both of them acted as thought they hated each other, to US it was evident that they cared.

I loved the Last chapters of the book, and specially Pauline's Idea for her bookstore, if I had one here I would be a regular customer XD, to me she was the perfect example of the brave unappreciated girl, its like with all her wits and ideas and her natural talents, I can see a caged link under the skin of a mouse, I know it sounds as an exaggerated resemblance but to me its not, cause to most shes just the serving girl who should be an idiot and listens to orders and stuff but Pauline is more than that.

Can I say that I just went to bubbles with the epilogue, to was so beautifully endearing and a great ending to the serious with all of them in a friendly Spindle Covely tight knot.

To Sum everything up, the Spindle Cove series is a great and one of a kind collection of books. The heroines are the courageous more than skin deep type of neglected and ignored women. The heroes came in all types the tough, the funny, the hard worker..ect. But all the men had one thing that combined them, they loved their ladies to a degree that equals worship, that certainly makes me have some lingering envy that I wasn't born in their era or in Spindle Cove.

Ooooh~ My heart just turned in to mush. Good for you Diana! Tessa Dare is diffidently turning to be one of my favorite type of authors.

I loved the idea of Diana and her blacksmith Aaron,how both of them were mutually in love from the get go, and for a change the guy said I love you first.Without Hesitation.

There were evidence about these couple from the beginning of the series, so it wasn't much of a surprise, and it was good to know that Diana was more than what she seems, I liked the final chapter, I kept on cracking cause even when she kept on trying to ruin her reputation no one believe her until she smacked them in the face with hard evidence.

Aaron was the type of a gentle caring older brother type of guy, and it was clear in here, but what I noticed most through Ms.Dare's writings is that he was hungry for a family life, cause her every wifely action touch his heart more.

I specially loved Charlotte, she was some Sherlock in here, and how she kept encouraging her sisters relationship from afar, and specially the cheering she did at the end of the book XD.

Can I first say before anything else how much of a sucker I am for tortured closed-up gruff men!! I just cant bear it I just Love them!!

I will start with the heroine's character first. Kate seemed to me from her first appearance in the first book, as a shy conservative girl who has a complex about her birthmark. Turns out Samuel wasn't the only one surprised by her, she came out as a bold fearless character, not the conventional bold type, but more of a hidden under a layer kind of bold, you cant see it unless you get to know her better. I loved how she was falling in love with him, how she started to discover his true character little by little, how she doesn't belittle him and doesn't anyone to do it especially him, how she wanted him even when he tried to imprison himself so he can just let her go.

Now when I come to Samuel I'm speechless, but I'm gonna write about him anyway. As I said before he was the tortured gruff type, he preferred to adore and worship her from afar than make her suffer his company, throughout the story he kept belittling himself and saying she's better than him and he doesn't deserve her and such. But to put it simply, he's the best kind of man there is, but unfortunately they are currently extinct. What made me love him is how he did everything for her without any second thoughts, without bragging, his adoration toward her neared the level of worship, and he's and a hulking handsome brute do I need to say more ^^

The things I noticed in this book were:

- I noticed that this book concentrated of the characters feelings more than the physical part, that's why I felt weird while reading it, these couple felt somehow chaste to me, just for your information I don't mind the physical at all ^^, but comparing them to the previous books they seem more innocent in a way.

- Like Kate I'm been dying to see Samuel smile, I was betting that he will at the dog tickling attack scene (which I loved, it was completely adorable), well at least he laughed and smiled and winked in the book.

- I loved the touch of an eccentric family

- I noticed other reviews talked about the scene where Kate was angry at Samuel when he told her he hid the truth from her, and when she didn't get that angry at Evan when he did the same thing. I noticed the unfairness and unreasonableness of it as well, but to me it seemed the difference in regard that they both held in Kate's heart.

-Loved the idea of a the girl taking action over a reluctant and stubborn yet totally welling guy ^^

Overall, A Lady by Midnight obviously become my favorite book in this series so far, and I'm still completely hopelessly maddeningly a sucker for tortured suffering men, and again do I have to say more?!! *thumps up*

The second book in the spindle cove series is another amazing work by Tessa Dare. It was humorous, adventurous, full of thrills and unexpectedness.

What I liked about the book was mainly the main characters. Colin looked like a devil may care rake with nothing in mind except flirting but he's much more than that. He's a tortured man, with surrounding that belittled him. I loved how he was optimistic most of the story, how unexpected he was, how adorably teasing he was, especially with the names thing, since the first book I knew it was intentional XD

Min was kinda the same in a different light. She looked to others as the smartass stuck up scholarly girl or the useless nerd. Like Colin she was misunderstood and undermined as well (I kinda linked to her in the area were she was being belittled by her own mother cause I'm having the same issue), she turned out to be a sensitive timid girl that only needed some support and she would skyrocket anything.

Of course this more was more intimate and thrilling and erotic than the previous ones, but who am I to refuse all the excitement XD they are most diffidently welcomed ^^

Plus the adventurous part in this book was painted in a humorous way, they aren't doing anything wrong they are just misunderstood but they keep getting in to a problem after the other.

Another great story from Tessa Dare, I'm starting to turn in to a fan of hers, it's always great to find new authors XD

This novella wasn't the cute adorable type, it was more an exciting adventure kind of story, well considering all what they have done in just one night, that is differently something.

First thing I loved the heroine in this book, as usual the corner wallflower crushing after the guy, but the catch this time the guy comes for her. Violet showed us how strong a women could be, how cunning, smart and innovative. And one thing that caught my attention is that when the guy kept confessing his love over and over, it honestly got to me every single time and every time he said something I would start to melt, but she wasn't convinced, in that way it showed us how strong her well was, like she kept saying I won't be deceived or hurt again until she actually does believe him.

At first I was like r u serious a guy crosses the ocean just so that the girl he loves doesn't get married or something something like that would never happen here, it obviously clear that that type of men are extinct.

Overall, I loved the book and I loved how the hero was totally shocked with the heroin change and development so *thumps up*

People first thing to do is let me say THANK GOD!!! And thank you for the person who recommended this series for me, Lady Wesley.

This was a very well written book, I loved it from the first page, I just couldn't drop it for a slip of a second. If I say so myself this series came at the right time, I felt deprived of humorous, funny, fluffy, and adorable books of late.

The best thing I loved about this book is how humorous it was. I just couldn't keep a straight face even in public and literally I had to stop reading to catch my breath several times from how this book made me laugh so fiercely.

Second is the adorable banter that went on between the main couple. If I were a squealing time of girl I would have done so already from how adorable they were and I was all like aah ooh over them.

Third is how the author introduced glimpses of three more new couples, it was evident there is something between them maybe in this book it's not much of the sparks as the main couple but we will get to them in later books. However, there was one point that to me felt inappropriate is that there was a chapter about another couple but in a way it was a introductory chapter about them, and the problem lays in its location, it was in the middle of an important argument. The interruption was slightly annoying. But they were cute anyway.

Overall, I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series, and as usual *thumps up*
