A Highlander Never Surrenders (MacGregors, #2) By Paula Quinn

A Highlander Never Surrenders (MacGregors, #2)A Highlander Never Surrenders by Paula Quinn
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I must admit I was a bit disappointed with this book, I preferred the laird of the mist more, personally the heroin in this book kinda frustrated the hell out of me.
She just was so pigheaded and stubborn and so arrogantly stubborn, I know being stubborn is one of the qualities that makes her character but it kinda was pushed over the edge cause she annoyed me, cause look she kept on defying them, not trusting them, being judgmental and kinda arrogant with her talent with the sword.
She only stared to feel and sound normal and the story started to be good when they finally told each other that they liked each other close to the ENDING!!
And the main guy deserves some credit,I mainly focused on the heroin's faults and his weren't many, cause dude just cause he's a flirt and all it doesn't make him heartless and the way he tried to step aside for his friend's benefit made me respect his, and how at the very end with the gun shot and her showing up and him shouting she's my wife, my heart kinda went to him and I so wanted to punch her face she keeps on making him suffer like when she called him a friend dude that's a direct hit to the heart and she never realized.
And the way she kept on hitting him on every turn is just so .... And he just bear with it
Overall the story was good but I really personally detested the heroin she kinda made the impression that she feels kinda superior with her skill and it's so arrogant.
