At first I was reluctant to read it cause I thought the story kinda normal not like Ian's THAT was one hell of a story!!!
But I really liked it, it wasn't like what I expected and I really felt sorry for Mac and Isabella but specially Mac. Isabella kinda pissed me off, ok I know she suffered but dude the man changed and he's doing everything to get u back why can't u get it through ur skull, and in moments she gives him false hopes, in others she rejects him completely but dude u are the one who's doing most of the seducing!!
I really liked the Ian and Beth scenes it's like watching one of ur kids being happy cause I really understood Ian's brothers I wanted him to be happy too and to stay happy. And it shows how much these siblings care about each other no matter what the problem is one of them is always there.
Plus I noticed the deep connection every sibling have with his valet, like how Mac said he worshiped Bellamy and how Ian depends on his upon everything, it might be cause they choose them personally from the gutters or something, it shows how the valets are specially loyal to them and they don't care about consequences if they defied them if it was for their masters best interest.
That's why these kind if books that doesn't solely concentrate of the love aspect but show glimpses of bonding between people really touches the heart
