I feel like I've been waiting for this book like forever, since the prequel The Hurricane is one of my top most favorite books I was looking forward to this

- First I was like is it a stand alone or will there be a series A: Series! XD Second I was like will it be about the other characters A: turned out to be No and it's another book about our main couple.

Not that I mind, mind you I love Con and Em ^^

- I was afraid to read it at the beginning since when I finish a book I don't want to read anything later reafo find the same couple since I know in this books too they were face more hardships that they previously did and that's exactly what happened here too but I loved them in the first book and I knew I would love them in this too.

- The first book was mostly in the heroines POV with glimpse of the hero's POV but in this it was all Con's not that I mid that either it was nice reading the story from a guys perspective since most book they choose the heroine's view and what made this more lovely was that Con's version was full of devotion to his sunshine

- The mom was a bitch here too, no surprise there but I loved Danny more and more in here he was their parent not just to the heroine who was absolutely his favorite but the Con too and the rest of the gang, makes me want my own cranky smoking badmouth Danny

- I loved the evident love and devotion between Em and Con and the fact they never hesitated in showing it, especially Con and he wasn't stupid like the rest of the male population that exist in Romance Novels whether they know it or not they would never admit their love to the heroines XD

- I loved that the author showed us the prospective couples for the hopefully rest do the series, since now we know Ker's girl and Tommy's and that Liam is already with some guy in just dying to know who XD

- The scene when Con discovered Liam's sexuality was so funny that I kinda looked crazy in the elevator which was the unfortunate location where I read that particular scene XD my guesses of the guy that Liam is dating is that it's either Earnshaw or Albie, the first one since we haven't seen him with anyone since he made his appearance in this book except his sister and the second because I kinda have a suspicion XD

- I honestly don't know what to say or choose to declare as something I liked or didn't in the book since I liked the whole thing from the word Prologue till The End XD

I liked this brief short story ^^

I loved the predatory type of guy with a shy kinda mousy heroine XD

- I liked the fact even before he saw her he was pulled and attracted to her, yet he was dumb enough to want to keep things professional XD

- Ok they kept at the professional act for a while till one lovely incident happened XD

- I loved the part after that he wanted to stay all business like and she was ok with and totally went with the idea yet he didn't like it even thought it was his idea XD and I loved watching him get all cranky and stuff

- The ending was fast yet cute like after one word which seemed to flip his smart switch and he was all caveman with u are gonna be mine thing for ever and ever XD

This book was lovely it had two of my favorites sub-genre's of all times:

- Beauty and the beast theme
- Single parent aspect

And that was a huge motivation for me to start reading this book

- I loved the whole back story about the princess and the kidnapping the uncle and the disguises

- I loved the heroine's duke and his son they were cute and entertaining

- I liked her interest and intrigue regarding the hero, even when she was dressed as a guy XD

- I even liked her time as his mistress, it was intriguing and kinda heart wrenching at first in a way, like when people thought he would be doing the business but all he did was have them read to him but without them looking at him, and I liked that she changed the whole thing.

- In the love area the development was a bit slow, certainly they both loved each other but they were too stubborn to admit it to each other or even themselves.

- I kinda didn't like the fact that he didn't realize her identity until his son had kinda showed him since she's been living with him for months as a guy and then for couple of times was with him as a woman yet he didn't discover her disguise.

- I liked the last quarter after she announced her identity to the world and that they were engaged, him constantly being with her and his son and newly appointed daughter obviously loved her and she them, and how at the end all of them would do anything to ensure the safety of the rest ^^

- I loved her brief reunion with her little sister and how the men felt kinda awkward with the scene since both sister were disguised as men while hugging and holding hands XD

I wanted to wait a bit till the next book is out so that I can calm myself and know that the next book is already out so I won't die of intense anticipation XD

I was intrigued since I learned the identity of the couple, of course we saw pieces of them in the previous books but never together and the differences intrigued me.

- At first I kinda pitied them since I know they would end up together it's an HEA after all because they first met they were like nemesis's but I liked how they developed their relationship to friendship then more

- The thing about Elizabeth Hoyt is that there aren't two books the same, and that's what pulled me toward her Maiden Lane series, there might be similar characteristics in the the characters of different books but that's it, I liked how each story is different and never cliche or predictable, and all this is just so I can say I kinda loved the parts when Asa was teaching and showing her about carnality and the like XD

- I loved Jean-Marie and his devotion to Eve

- Her father was a sick bastard and all his "club" members, truly sick f**s and I don't ever blame her of her trauma of dogs and men, like really who wouldn't, but u also loved that she conquered her fear and now she has a huge pet dog who worships her and entirely devoted to her (which was so cute XD)

- Since her brother was introduced in Apollos book I hated him, but knowing how he protected his sister earned him some points of respect in my book, and I bet all my positions that he was the one who hired or told someone to kill that guy in prison and in this thing I'm totally backing him up.

- I liked how his family instantly welcomed her and how she mended the bridges between them

- At first the relationship between MacLeish and Vogal seemed to radiate rivalry or something but then we saw them having takes and discussions then MacLeish's reaction when Vogal was disappointed in him over the blackmailing from the duke and that was the biggest evidence till we finally saw in the last changer ... Mawahaha (I'm a big supporter of free love so I really enjoyed reading the development XD )

To read something from Ian's point of view was such a lovely experience that I missed terribly. I've read his book and reread it like 3 times now but to have a new scene is exciting.

I loved when Ian was depicted in the others books, there through their eyes we saw how they thought and felt about him, how he showered Beth with his love and it was lovely too, especially since he's adored by all the family females which makes the men jealous XD

- The thing I loved most of all here it showed us how all of them are even after 10 yrs all of the Mackenzies with their wives and children and the MacBrides as well.

- I love Ian's inner thought and how his minds work and his deep deep feelings for Beth his love for her truly to me surpasses any legends or love stories because it shows how deep and real they are.

- I also love how Beth is so sweet and gentle but if anyone dares even for a millisecond to do or insult her husband she turns into a fierce avenging angel that will slaughter anyone if they so dares to cause him discomfort and I love that very much, because here too it shows that Ian's deep feelings aren't one sided because Beth's are as deep as his.

- I love reading about this couple and I think Jennifer Ashely did great by choosing them as an opening to her series

- I loved the scenes when Ian was with his children, and he's the cutest when he's with his youngest Megan because he always hugs her, and as a reader and huge fan of Ian's I've known how deeply Ingrained his disliked to be touched yet he always hugs her XD

- Many scenes in this book caused me to tear up, the part when Ian was distressed, when he disappeared I intensely felt Beth's fear, when their son got kidnapped I started truly crying because of Ian's deep anguish.

- I disliked Beth's previous brother in law when he came to visit on sight, not because of anything just of the principle of Ian disliking him as well XD I continued to dislike him even when Ian began to like him because he made Ian remember because he in a way used Ian as a lab rat. But alter on especially when he was in England with Ian Then I started to like him XD

- I liked when scenes and parts about Malcolm and Mary were mentioned in this book, especially when they informed us about their happy life with their so. And grandson XD it's always an enjoyment to me to read about previous couples

Since it was kinda like a standalone I thought of ignoring this book but with time I got curious about their unruly great great grandfather

At times I couldn't keep it down at others it was hard to continue cause unlike all the previous books this one was intense since the timeline of the events were during a rebellion, after intense efforts to hold back the tears and taking some minutes of break so I can not cry I still couldn't help myself (at least no one noticed at work)

- I loved the hero not just from the beginning or since the middle of the book or in certain scenes he was phenomenal throughout the whole thing and so so reliable and heart wrenching.

- The heroine was brave since she she helped her sister and from then on oh that girl was made of such strong metal that I'm envying so bad.

- I "almost" cried on the most emotional moments of the books which sadly had a lot like when they learned about his brother and especially how each of them grieved, specially the twin and the father. Then when it was time for the other brother it was so sad.

- I liked everytime the hero came to the heroine those two had went through a lot together and they deserved to be happy.

- The reunion in Paris was a good scene it brought happiness and love and I was glad of the ending, and for a time I wondered if their son is the father of the Mackenzies we know since he was a horrible man and a father I bet he was a terrible son so I didn't wish him upon those two and then I remembered that her was the great great grandfather so thankfully he wasn't and I don't think their time coincides either XD

Since finishing the book Light my Fire which was about their son I've been dying to read this book. And that they are so opposites always intrigued me especially since a he's and intellectual man/dragon and she a warrior woman/she-dragon XD

I liked Bram since the beginning and was curious about his mate since their family values fighters and all that XD

- Seeing them together was funny, I was feeling so for Bram at first since she always doesn't remember that he was there in he life previously which was really sad for Bram since he had a crush on her since forever.

- I liked how she appreciates what he's doing and doesn't like him disturbed by anyone even her family.

- I liked his reaction to anything she suggests or does like when she said they would be sleeping together or sitting on his lap, he's just so cute and I kinda feels happy for him since he wanted her for forever
