My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I strongly believe I just got to add one more author to my authors list, Sarah MacLean is a great writer that makes the reader enthralled with her words, compelled to the story to the very end.
I feel that this book might hold the same sentiments to me as the previous one, I liked the story at a whole, Loved Juliana, and her whole family, I loved Simon but he in times pissed me off, when he kept pushing her for his family's reputation, like ALWAYS! felt sorry for him in the end.
- Juliana: brave, bold, passionate and caring.
- Simon: rigid, cold on the outside but a volcano that is waiting to be irrupted and all it needed was Juliana
- I hated the mothers from both sides, to me even though they are different but it looked like the similarities are more frequent than naught ( and I noticed they didn't tell us how they solved the issue with Juliana's mom yet)
- I noticed that the dress maker plays the role of the fairy godmother in all of series, her dresses play a great role here
- I hated the intense focus on scandals here in this book, its not that I can blame them, and its similar to book 2 wherein then it was focused on trust
Overall, *thumps up* (it's morning so excuse me if there isn't much)
