No Good Duke Goes Unpunished (The Rules of Scoundrels, #3)No Good Duke Goes Unpunished by Sarah MacLean
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Did I ever say that I have a very special weak knee for hulking handsome brutes *sigh*, Temple became one of my favorite characters, I just loved him since the beginning of the series and loving him more I did.

Temple was falsely accused of murder, yet he built himself from scratch, and I loved how he was with his friends, with the kids, he wanted a normal life with wife and children. He thought himself dark, all brute force that can squash anyone, but little did he knew that he was an absolute darling.

Mara .. For the most part of the story I hated her, it didn't matter that because of her Temple was exiled and labeled a murderer, she kept insisting that she haven't taken all that from him, she kept insisting he didn't suffer, that he was rich and titled. She kept the truth he deserved t know from him for a single sentence he told her "Nothing you can say will make me forgive you" and her deceit kept going on and on. And truthfully it was Temple that made me like her eventually, he understood her, made her say things she didn't want to admit.

- I cried at the scene where Temple was stabbed and how his friends ached for him, I sensed the deep affection they held for one another and loved it, I liked the only amusing part in that scene when Bourne and Cross announced to their wives that they love them

- Loved the scenes where Temple interacted with the children, the boxing lesson, introducing them to manhood and all

- Adored him all the more when he was always with her pig, I bet it presented a humorous image, a hulk of a man carrying a piglet XD

- Sarah MacLean can create such sexy scenes, in each book of hers I can't help but have one sexy favorite scene

Overall, *thumps up*
