Now a Bride (Mistress Trilogy #2.5) By Mary Balogh

Now a Bride (Mistress Trilogy #2.5)Now a Bride by Mary Balogh
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This was a nice short glimpse on the whole series by the author.

-It was nice to view some scense from the original manuscript that weren't included in the published version.

-Also I have to admit i'm from the later category the author mentioned regarding epilogous, I love them. That's why it was nice to see all the three siblins together with their spouses happy and with their children.

Only a Kiss (The Survivors' Club, #6) By Mary Balogh

Only a Kiss (The Survivors' Club, #6)Only a Kiss by Mary Balogh
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I love the survivor's club series, I love them all and I know it's nearing it's end and I hope all of them get their happy ending, including this book most of them did, but not all, not the duke, not YET.

(Since I was waiting for the release of this book I forgot that their was another one out, so I accidently read the 6th before the 5th XD)

- I loved how the hero can't hold his tougue around the heroine, I know that what he ends up saying is sometimes mean or sexual, but it's kinda cute that he talks before he thinks when he's ONLY around her.

- I loved how affected he was with the heroine, how just seeing her smile once made it his life goal to make her smile and laugh more.

- I loved how the heroine opened up to the hero, since she's one of the survivors it's not easy for any member of that group to open up but seeng the process of it happening is so beautiful.

- I loved how disgruntled the hero became when she left and went to her friends, and how rude he was at first with them (that scene certainly was funny)

- Liked with vincent I liked watching the dog get attched to it's owner. it was cute, like how the hero didn't want him and after couple of scenes he's like a proud father XD

- I hope the next book is about George, the oldest member of the survivors and the one who took them all in.

When a Scot Ties the Knot (Castles Ever After, #3) By Tessa Dare

When a Scot Ties the Knot (Castles Ever After, #3)When a Scot Ties the Knot by Tessa Dare
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Loved it!!

It felt like forever since the last time I read anything by Tessa Dare, and now after reading this book I missed her, and her amazing stories ^^

- Loved the whole idea of a girl writing and mailing to an imaginary guy, and after years he end up to be real and he came to marry her XD Ok by marry don't imagine he fell in love with her letter and stuff, his reasons weren't that romantic, but they certainly ended up to be ^^

- Loved both the hero and the heroine, they were cute especially their interaction and how each try to tease the other, especially the heroine XD how she kept the hero frustrated for many many days XD

- How his men tried to give him advice on how to woo her was so funny I had a hard time trying to keep my laugh.

- I loved Grant, and the heroine's interactions with him were really beautiful.

- Loved how the aunt confessed to her neig=ce when the heroine did the same it was a bit funny at the end XD

- I loved that it didn't have anything drmatic or climatic, because seriously there isn't a need for one of them to be in danger from a nemesis or kidnapped or dying for them to realize they are in love with each other and were meant to be together.

- The ending was beautiful and so was the epilogou

Treasured by Thursday (The Weekday Brides, #7) By Catherine Bybee

Treasured by Thursday (The Weekday Brides, #7)Treasured by Thursday by Catherine Bybee
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

A great finale to a great beautiful series.

- I loved both hero and heroine, and it was really nice to see a great deal of the rest of the gang.

- Ok maybe the first impression of the hero and the second were really terrible and left a bad taste to the heroine, but it was nice to see how he redeemed himself and started to gain her trust and love.

- In here we see how through the heroine the hero transforms from a ruthless businessman to a less-ruthless and loving man.

- I really loved seeing the hero interacts with the heroine's family and friends, it was really fun watching him on the island.

- The thing about his twin was really nasty like how can your own brother, your twin do this to you and for what, Money?!!

- I liked how the heroine and the hero started to connect and slowly started to develop some trust between them, like a tit-for-tat with the secrets so both sides gave equaly, how eventually she started to defend him whenever anyone talked bad about him.

- For a change the action didn't happen inthe Tarzana house XD

- Loved their moments together, and a great epilogou XD

The Guardian (Return of the Highlanders #1) By Margaret Mallory

The Guardian (Return of the Highlanders #1)The Guardian by Margaret Mallory
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I liked the story and the writing reminded me a lot of Monica McCarty, in how the author related it into historical facts.

I liked the prologou and the summary, it was intriguing.

- I liked both the hero and the heroine, both were strong and brave, but I didn't like how the hero thought of the heroine when they were young.

- I liked how meeting the heroine again was like a slap in the face XD he probably deserved it, since he didn't want the heroine in the first place, and now when she's all beautiful he wants her, but the catch here is that she didn't wat him anymore and all the men were fawning over her XD

- I liked how the heroine stood her ground and didn't back off, she knew she was mistreated by the hero emotionally, and she didn't forget and forgive just like that, he needed to work on it and oh boy how she took him in a merry chase XD

- The way the hero kept being ignorant about his actions and their effect were humorous at first but started to get annoying.

Great Ending, but my only problem is that the way it was too factual recieved a negative more my part, because from my experiene when it;s related to facts like in this series or with Monica McCarty the books starts to get more intense and personally I try to avoid intense

The Vixen and The Vet By Katy Regnery

The Vixen and the Vet (A Modern Fairytale)The Vixen and the Vet by Katy Regnery
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This was one of the most beautiful books I have read. Just to say I love it would be an understatement.

I used to love the beauty and the beast themed stories and this one certainly has, but now it feels so much more, now I don't want to call the hero a beast, though it's my favorite Disney movie.

I'm absolutly becoming a new devoted fan to Ms.Katy Regnery, she wrote a really beautiful book and I can't wait to read the rest.

- I loved the whole book. every word, every sentence, every moment, every chapter, just simply evry aspect of it.

- I loved the hero, his feeling for the heroine were beautiful to read, and how intensly he felt about her, how she brought him back to the living, how he just been around her was beautiful.

- Even the heroine, every moment she was with him was beautiful and I loved how she made him feel, how she changed him giving him more confidence and happiness every single day. Even when she's not with him every sentence she utters about him is beautiful.

- I loved how fast things were between them, if things were right why wait, and to them it was more than right it was meant to be, for he survived for her.

- I loved the heroine's mom and how she rememebred his mom and how she was so kind and sweet to him, never displaying any outer expressions regarding his appearance, and I like her daughter I doubt she even noticed them.

- Loved the book, Hated the article, loved the ending.

- I can't be more detailed in thisreview, I just loved every moment, and it has my whole hearted support and recommendation.

Love and Other Scandals (Scandalous, #1) By Caroline Linden

Love and Other Scandals (Scandalous, #1)Love and Other Scandals by Caroline Linden
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I really missed Historical Romance,it's been a while, since I have been so into Contemporary Romance for a few months now.

I really loved this book it was so humorous and refreshing, and the main couple were so wondersul together.

- I loved the back story regarding the couple, and how the book started with the heroine telling the readers how she met him and how many times she did, it was like she's telling their love story to their grand children.

- I loved how the heroine knew the facts about herself and didn't shy away from them, and how she brazened further and kept challenging the hero.

- The hero was a bit rude and crass to the heroine at the beginning, but it was obvious he was a bit infatuated since the beginning, but didn't realize it.

- I especially loved how with every meeting they had she started to gofrom plain to breathtaking. How he was so drawn to her was cute too, I loved the parts were they kept challenging each other, and seeing you would leave the other speechless at the end of their meeting.

- And what was different in this book was that it was a bit of a change for me that the couple only "coupled" XD nearing the end of the book not in the middle or at the beginning.

- I really loved where he started to feel fondness for the heroine and started to express it more and more, whether in private or in public, where he couldn't keep his eyes off her.

- Loved the aunt she was fun and nice, and I don't know why the mother forbade her from coming to them, since obviously they were friends.

On the Surface (In the Zone, #1) By Kate Willoughby

On the Surface (In the Zone, #1)On the Surface by Kate Willoughby
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

*sigh* such a cute book, I wish I would have a similar first encounter, not the fight part, but where a super good looking guy gets interested in little ol' me and asks me out XD

- The hero's past was Bottlegate, that fan was just and old plain asshole, and it's just wrong how the media crucify him on the smallest wrong, when he's such a nice guy.

- I liked his honesty as well, how right from the start he told the heroine he was interested, and kept up his pursuit not pushing or pressuring her.

- I liked the heroine she was nice and cute, and certainly has a backbone, I liked how the hero kinda saved her when that doctor degraded her, and then she just up and changed interest and poof he's in the past, which he deserved since he furthered his assholery by asking her out after the hero insinuated that they slept together.

- I liked how the hero, went after her, and it wasn't only to impress her, he did most things for other people and these stuff where the thing that touched and appealed to her the most XD

- I liked how natural they became together, how he didn't hesitate to show her his affections in private or in public, how they settled into a rhythm at his home.

- I hated the fact that the hero was dead set on not having kids after he proposed to her, and it was a low blow when he gave her a weekend to either choose him and no kids, or kids but no him.

- Loved the ending, it was beautiful and the epilogue even more so, and it had a bit of humor, but I'm just curious for the results that they were waiting for in the epilogue.

When You Make It Home By Claire Ashby

When You Make It HomeWhen You Make It Home by Claire Ashby
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Ok this one was an emotional roller coaster where you just couldn't help but love some characters and punch others.

- The heroine didn't give a good first impression, and for a while in the book I didn't like her much, since at first she was hiding the fact she was pregnant like she was ashamed of her baby and was more worried about the change that's happening to her body, then the keeping secrets part, she hates when people do it but she just justifies it when it's her. And let's not get me started on her mom, the birth one that is, I was siding with the brother since the beginning, it was understandable how she was curious about her mom, but creating a fantasy wold where her mom was a saint that could do no wrong, well THAT was just wrong.

- I liked the hero from moment one, he was the typical disfigured soldier coming back from the war not fitting in, fighting his demons and the pity he receives from the people around him, no matter the century or the country this kind is always there, always suffering but eventually finding people to love and be loved by them unconditionally amputations and scaring included, and tht's what the heroine was for the hero.

- The sparks were there between the couple since day one, but it was obvious that both sides were fighting it, I liked how the hero used the baby and he needs space as an excuse for him to move in with the heroine.

- I liked how assertive the heroine was with the heroine.

- I liked all their scenes together when they were shopping with the baby or him going with her t her doctor's appointments or when he feels the baby kicking. It was obvious he loved that baby, and wished he was her father, since he got pissed and punch the real one the first second he saw him.

- Kinda hated the hero nearing the end when he left and didn't contact her.

- Loved the ending, wished there was an epilogue

Against the Cage (Worth the Fight, #1) By Sidney Halston

Against the Cage (Worth the Fight, #1)Against the Cage by Sidney Halston
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This one had some sort of combination but the general feeling I had was frustration, in moments was the good kind of frustration, then at others was the bad kind.

I liked how they kicked off the full first encounter, and how they instantly fell into the couple thing, like he certainly didn't dwell on the fact that she was the little sister of his best friend XD

- I really liked that they didn't go into denial about the fact she was the best friend's little sister, they liked what they saw and went after it. And I liked how comfortable in they got in their relationship or wooing, n awkwardness or stiffness.

- I kinda hated the heroine's relationship with her brother, but after reading the facts I kinda felt sorry for her throughout the story and kinda pissed at the brother because he acted like a douche, but when the cards were laid out at the end I felt really really sorry for him.

- I loved the Chihuahua, and the fact that he only listened to the heroine and snarled at the rest was the cutest.

- I felt sorry for the hero and the brother at the end of the book, the hero because when he finally found HER and realized he loved her, he almost lost her, and the brother, I can't imagine having to have a repeat to what happened to his father, just trying this is some scary shit. I just kept crying and crying for both of them.

- The ending was sweet and showed us potential future couples ^^

Her Dragon Hero (Dragon Down Under, #3) By Angela Castle

Her Dragon Hero (Dragon Down Under, #3)Her Dragon Hero by Angela Castle
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Throw me a Neanderthal hero and I'm gonna be all over the book XD

- I've always had a thing for gruff Neanderthal heros, and Brimstone is the poster boy for gruff, for some scene I actually found the seven feet late bulky dude cute XD

- The heroine has a nasty start in the book but I liked her backbone and how the hero reacted to her aid then after the first touch he was all over her.

- I liked how after the first night he keeps misplacing his mate and always keeps on repeating that he's never gonna let her out of sight XD

- The contrast between his looks and behavior is cute, he's all scary scowly looking but he's possessive and protective of his mate, it really cute to watch.

- I liked how precious the true mates were to their dragons, it was truly nice to see, and the legend behind it more beautiful.

- The scene where all the couples are meeting is really nice, how the women formed instant friendships with each other and Darren, and how the house they were in kinda was divided between the men and the mates, it was nice to see the diversity, normal couples, Triad, gay couple and how all of them were good for each other XD

This is my second Triad book, and I'm finding there are versions of a Triad XD

- The heroine had a sucky ex but gods were meciful and blessed her with not just one but two dragons to take care of her, it's just that the fact they are brothers is the one thing I'm gonna not over yet XD

- I liked how smoothly things worked for them, how they got together after one night, then she went to close her shop to stay with them, those dragons sure work fast, don't they? XD

- It was very short but entertaining book

Dragon Down Under (Dragon Down Under, #1) By Angela Castle

Dragon Down Under (Dragon Down Under, #1)Dragon Down Under by Angela Castle
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Wow and hot hot hot! XD

I loved it, seriously I literally flew through the pages, everything felt surreal and wonderful and I want to meet my own dragon by chance XD

- Loved the victimized hero, and how he turned his punishment into his reward, especially meeting his true mate after he swore of women, and oh boy how he chased her.

- I loved the older dragon Alistair, he was a great guy, how he rescued the hero and kinda sponsored him in the human realm, and then pushed him into forward positive thinking which led both of the lone dragons to find their true mates, who would have thought a dragon who lived for 3 hundred years would find his mate the same time his friend does and both mates were friends from the starts XD

- I liked how direct the hero was with everyone he encountered, telling the heroine he wants her, showing her he was a dragon, telling other people he's marrying her after one day of meeting her XD

- Everything moved so fast for the couple but the attraction and love was evident, I'm just envious I wish I would discover my own dragon when the time come *crossing my fingers*

- Loved the elf/demon and human couple, they were fun to watch when they were together, and it shows true mates can be found gender notwithstanding.

Dangerous Curves Ahead (Perfect Fit, #1) By Sugar Jamison

Dangerous Curves Ahead (Perfect Fit, #1)Dangerous Curves Ahead by Sugar Jamison
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This book was a bit of a mix, the story was great, the humor was evident, but sometimes the attitudes of the characters piss me off.

-I liked the relationship between the couple, how the hero always proved to the heroine that he was truly attracted to her and he was proud of her, never degrading her or make her feel less or ugly.

- But I hated the continuous fighting between then because both some kind of commitment issues, him because he's a guy and never had been in love, her because of her insecurities and past nightmares.

-The constant thing I liked in the story was her parents especially the dad, it was nice seeing this type f people living and loving and being happy, not everyone gets that. And how obviously he cares for his daughter but is very awkward in showing it, I especially loved the part where he said something like "I'm glad they didn't want you because you became my daughter" and when he punched the hero then took him to a bar or how he told the heroine that she can move back to his house since he doesn't like when she gets a boyfriend XD

- The last chapter was great and the epilogue was greater.

Bite Me (Pride, #9) By Shelly Laurenston

Bite Me (Pride, #9)Bite Me by Shelly Laurenston
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I don't know with what I should describe this book, whether it's action filled or cuteness filled or funny. I think I might go with 60% action, 40% funny.

- The heroine has shed off her layers in this book, since in her introduction in the last book, she seemed distant and aloof but here there are more emotions and affections involved.

- The hero was kinda like a caretaker, especially how he took care of her, not thinking anything she did was truly annoying since he bared with it and still took care of her, like she keeps eating his honey, breaking into his home, creating holes in his walls, and sleeps in the kitchen cupboards .. naked. XD

- The heroine seemed kinds naive, first not realizing he likes her, then being careful, and then thinks overly about what she might feel or not, not realizing since she's a honey badger she's a hard shell, and obviously she was the initiator in their relationship.

- I kinda liked her family after she called them to start their mission, and how the hero and uncle acted around each other.

- I enjoyed the panda especially when it included the kids, then it was funny, but mostly he was boring.

- I liked how the heroine developed a kinda loyal relationship with the two bears in the hokey team, Lock and Novikov, especially Novikov since he doesn't like anyone and not everyone likes him.

- I'm glad that sick bastard who hunted and butchered there people met his end.
